| The
Wyoming Critical Access Hospital Network is a member of the Multi-State
Benchmarking Project.
In
2005, the Multi-State Benchmarking Project selected QHi as their
data collection tool. The Multi State Project currently involves
Critical Access Hospitals in Wyoming, Kansas, Michigan, Montana
and Nebraska and additional states continue to join the project.
The
goal of QHi is to provide hospitals a user-friendly, inexpensive
instrument to evaluate internal processes of care and to compare
their performance to similar "peer group" facilities, so as to be
able to seek ways to improve key organizational processes. Comparisons
can be made on clinical quality measures, employee engagement and
satisfaction, patient satisfaction, and financial and operating
statistics.
User
Group Updates
The
Multi-State Benchmarking Project is a user-driven project: you help
determine the features and functions of the reporting tools. Each
month, the QHi team hosts user updates to ensure shared understanding
of the tools, their value, and their use, and to solicit feedback
from the user community about improvements or updates.
The
latest system and project information will be posted here after
each user group update.
