The Wyoming Critical Access Hospital Network Mission Statement
"The Wyoming Critical Access Hospital Network is a collaborative support system that synergistically strengthens member hospitals in order to sustain access to quality health care services."

The Role of the Network
WCAHN is dedicated to the success of rural health care in Wyoming, whether it be offering peer support groups, help with grant proposals, participation in quality improvement initiatives, educational offerings or easing the sharing of information between member hospitals.

WCAHN Structure
The Network is currently an affiliate organization of the Wyoming Hospital Association in partnership with the Wyoming Office of Rural Health. The Network is funded by the federal Office of Rural Health Policy and is made up of 14 member facilities that have been designated as Critical Access Hospitals. The board of the Network is composed of CEO's from member hospitals and is currently chaired by Gavin Carmichael of the Platte County Memorial Hospital.
